Convert special tool 11 8 183 (see illustration).
Secure special tool 11 8 183 with transmission bolts (1).
Locate special tool 11 8 182 in flywheel.
Secure bolt connections on special tool 11 8 183 .
Note:
Transmission removed.
Secure flywheel with transmission bolt (1) using special tools
11 9 260 / 11 9 265 .
Note:
Cars with automatic transmissions (GM-5).
Detach exhaust bracket from transmission.
Slide special tool 11 8 010 into transmission opening (see
illustration).
Allow special tool to rest in direction of arrow on transmission
housing.
Note:
Cars with automatic transmissions (6HP-19).
Secure special tool 11 8 183 with transmission bolts (1).
Locate special tool 11 8 182 in flywheel (2).
Secure bolt connections on special tool 11 8 183 .
