Removing and installing or replacing all
injector nozzles (M51)
Removing manifold for intake air,
refer to 11 61 050
Disconnect and remove pipe spacer.
Pull off leak oil hoses using a pliers.
Note:
Replace leak oil hoses after disassembly.
Unscrew cap nut with special tool 13 5 020.
Tightening torque, refer to Technical Data 13 53 3AZ
Note:
Reposition special tool in good time to avoid bending the
pipes.
Plug openings with caps.
Loosen coupling nuts on injection pump. Counterhold on pressure
valve if necessary.
Installation:
Tightening torque, refer to Technical Data 13 53 3AZ
